    Policy and Socioeconomics

We are identifying motivations and barriers for farmers to adopt diverse perennial circular systems. We are also assessing the economic and social value of ecosystem services and risk management for society, and identifying potential market failures and missing markets that would otherwise support adoption of diverse perennial circular systems. We are developing policy recommendations for insurance, lending, and incentives for more resilient farming systems.
